We understand that most students are required to leave campus shortly after their last final exam.

Please do not make travel arrangements for the same day as your move unless you have a trusted proxy to meet our movers.

​

• We cannot predict unforeseen delays (i.e., inclement weather, traffic jams and/or congestion on/around campus) that will cause the move to occur at a later hour than originally intended which can cause a flight to be missed.

• You are unable to predict any unforeseen delays prior to your drop-off (i.e. delayed or cancelled flights, inclement weather, or traffic jams if driving) that may cause the delivery attempt to be missed and need to be rescheduled.

• You are responsible for any costs of changing flight plans or sleeping accommodations caused as a result of the above.

• Our recommendation is to make sleeping arrangements to stay with a friend or overnight in a hotel.

If you MUST leave, please find someone you trust who can serve as your proxy for your pickup.

NOTE: Make sure we have an updated contact number for your proxy.  They must answer calls/texts and be available at your pickup location during your pickup window.
