​I will not be available during my time window. What should I do?

If you are unable to be present during your pick-up time window...

  • Find someone you trust to meet the movers. Please provide the name and phone number to the person we will be in contact with to our service email or number.

  • You may also reschedule for a different day no later than 3 business days prior to your pickup. ​

​​

  • DO NOT leave your belongings outside your room or in the lobby unattended.

    • We are not responsible for items left unattended.
