If you are not ready to move when your movers arrive please contact the service email or number to inform us of the change. Our movers will try to find a time to circle back to your location later in the day. We are not able to guarantee a specific pick-up window if you miss your scheduled day/time and if the move may need to be changed to another date which may incur an additional move fee if it falls to a non-complimentary day.
