You must purchase a mattress bag to keep your mattress clean from dust and dirt and it must be ordered prior to your pick up timeframe.

Beds frames may have anywhere from 1 to 10 pieces depending on the size and type of bed. Smaller similar pieces may be wrapped together and treated as 1 piece.

Futons must be set to the upright position and labeled with your name.

Note: All furniture items must be broken down and prepared for storage before movers arrive on the day of their pickup.
